Return Window
Returns must be received within 10 days of order delivery. Items received after the 10-day window are subject to a 50% restocking fee deducted from the store credit value, or may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and any included packaging intact. Worn, stained, altered, washed, or damaged items will be rejected and returned at your expense.
Refund Method
All approved returns are issued as MTX Elite store credit (eGift card). We do not offer cash refunds or credit card chargebacks for size, fit, or change-of-mind returns. Items purchased with a discount of 25% or more are eligible for store credit only. Original shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Final Sale — No Returns
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- All items marked “Final Sale”
- All sale, clearance, or discounted merchandise
- Accessories (hats, beanies, backpacks, jewelry)
- Footwear or apparel opened from sealed brand packaging
How to Start a Return
Email team@mtxelite.com with your order number within the 10-day window to receive a Return Authorization (RA) and our return address. Returns sent without prior RA may be refused. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping method as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and either a full replacement or refund to your original payment method at no cost to you.
