Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM CST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping (United States)

FREE on orders over $120 (USPS Priority or UPS Ground, 3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

Available at checkout, rates calculated by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. MTX Elite is not responsible for items refused at customs or held by local authorities.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, MTX Elite is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss. We recommend shipping to a secure address. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact team@mtxelite.com.

Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
